25M High Mast Pole Light

The 25-meter-high mast light is specifically designed for large-scale lighting requirements. In terms of manufacturing processes, the light pole undergoes precise cutting, welding, and polishing, resulting in a smooth, flawless surface that effectively prevents corrosion and rust. Its operating principle is based on an efficient, energy-saving LED lighting system. Through built-in intelligent lighting control technology, the brightness can be automatically adjusted to accommodate varying lighting needs across different time periods, achieving energy efficiency and environmental protection while providing a bright, uniform lighting environment for urban areas or squares at night.

The 25-meter-high light pole is made of hot-rolled steel Q235 and Q345. The yield strength of Q235 is no less than 235 MPa, and that of Q345 is 345 MPa, capable of withstanding winds of up to 30 m/s. The elongation of the steel is no less than 26% for Q235 and no less than 22% for Q345, enabling it to absorb energy through deformation to prevent fracture during impact.

The connection between the lamp head and the main body of the 25-meter-high pole light uses double sealing: first, a weather-resistant rubber ring is used for sealing, followed by waterproof sealant for reinforcement. The pole is treated with a hot-dip galvanizing process, with an average zinc coating thickness of 85 microns. The zinc layer is dense and can maintain corrosion resistance for 15-20 years in general outdoor environments, effectively protecting internal components from moisture damage.
